Camp Highlights And Lowlights

 Today i'm sharing you what we did at camp so at first we got to school when the bus arrived we went in the bus it was long but we saw lyttleton and we didn't get to camp yet we had to walk all the way to camp it was very boring cuz camp was high up the mountain and it was very hot and we stop at the barn then the other 2 tribes got to the barn they were very slow not gonna lie cuz there was 4 tribes and i was tribe 1 we stop at the barn and eat morning tea and we finish eating and started to walk again to camp it was VERY HOT i was sweating so hard it felt like i took a bath with sweat and we got into a little barn we saw a lot of sheep and they poop a lot it was so stinky i was about to vomit then we got to camp and we got our bags and went to the orienteering thingy and talk about what to do and we ate dinner it had rice and some peas and a pizza looking food and at thursday morning we were very loud and took a bath it was cold and we were ready i think i woke up at 6:10 and we had to wait for 7:30 to eat breakfast i was VERY HUNGRY!!! Cuz i usually eat at 6:15 and get ready at 6:30 but good thing i had a little snack just cheese ;-; i was still hungry then it was 7:30 we had to go to the orienteering to check if anyone was missing I WAS VERY MAD CUZ I WAS HUNGRY and it finish and my breakfast was toast with honey cuz i like honey and started to do the camp thingy and our instructor was alex and we first did the rock climbing thingy it was fun i forgot to tell you about wednesday at night we did camp concert we did magic i think we came 2nd ok back thursday activity so we finish doing the rock climbing thingy and ate morning tea and finish then went to do bush ecology and we found a cool leaf it was dead and   it was see thru and we can see its skeleton and also found a heart shape leaf which u CAN EAT IT TASTED KINDA BITTER and another saw another leaf which was kinda smells like lemon wood but u couldn't eat and we went back and ate lunch and there was brownies i think and fruits and juice i was full and we finish eating and went initiative team building and it was about teamwork and we did a tall pole thingy and there was a tire in the pole thing and we had to get out and fili was tall so it was ez and we had to put it back again and we did it and the second 1 was we had to sit or stand the little seat and we had to sing a song and we sing a happy birthday and next we did a wall kinda tall and we had fili so it was hard and fili had to go to nicole back which hurts and fili had to grab us up and next did a bridge thingy we had to build and we cross and it was ez and next 3 day we did animal survival and i was a herbivore and i had 2 lives and there was a hunter which was instant kill and flash flood and rabies it was a 45 min game and that's it

-Title Rata and the Totara tree 

-Characters Rata

-Setting Village,Forest 

-Problem Rata was on the forest searching for a tree to build a waka or canoe for his village he suddenly saw a giant tree the totara tree Rata cut the tree but the tree stood up again

-Conclusion Rata kneel on the ground and plucked a fern and put on the tree and turned into a canoe his wish

-Action Rata cut the tree 3 days 

-Feelings Brave,shock,sad,happy,scared
